Douglas Fir traditionally is said to be a tree of protection. It has been found to also contains three healing components. Sabinene - fights free radicals that damage cells. beta-pinene – believed to help improve mood and reduce anxious feelings. alpha-pinene – helps protect the brain and neurotransmitters, which can help calm anxiety.  The Copper brings everything together, to be worn around your neck 💚🌱

All Nests are coated in resin multiple times, making the waterproof. However they shouldn't be worn in hot water as the wood will swell, lifting the resin.

No two Spirit Nests will ever be alike, just like no two people are ever completely alike. Each nest has its own unique qualities from the trees and stones.
